Pudina Dhania Chatni
Hi Friends,
Today i am here with very delicious Chatni/Sauce recipe for you. Its so flexible that you can easily add or omit any ingredient in it. I made that after a long time. It takes few ingredients and hardly 15 min to make it. It is also called one kind of appetizer, as it is especially given to people with poor appetite. But don't worry anyone can have it. You can have it with anything Idli, dosa, rice, chapati etc. Try it guys you will end up licking your fingers.
Ingredients:-
Pudina/Mint Leaves- 1 bunch
Coriander Leaves - 1 bunch
Tomato - 1 medium chopped
Onion - 1 medium chopped
Rock Salt - 1 tsp
Amchoor Pdr - 1 tsp
Method:-
Gather your ingredients
wash and clean coriander and mint leaves
Take tomato and onion in a mixer grinder
add coriander and mint leaves
spice it up with salt and amchoor pdr
whiz it up
ready to indulge
SERVE
With any dish
I had it with Soya chunk pulao
Notes:-
- I have used black/rock salt, You can use normal salt.
- Add chilly to spice it up, i made it for kids so skipped chilly.
- you can make it without onion and tomato also, but it gives real thickness and flavor.
HOPE YOU WILL LIKE IT
