Eid Mubarak with Twist in Sewaiyan

EID MUBARAK With 
Twist in Fine Vermicelli/
Butterscotch Sewaiyan
(Cold Version)
Hi Friends, 
EID MUBARAK TO ALL MY FRIENDS
After one month of RAMADAN, Today Eid is celebrated by all Muslims. One of my friend is celebrating this occasion. As we are not able to meet on this occasions.This dish is dedicated to you dear Tabassum. This Dish has my memories of childhood, when my mom use to make this quick and yummy dessert for my sudden sweet demands. So its more delightful to make this for someone you are close.

Ingredients:-
Fine Vermicelly  - half packet
Milk   - 2 cups
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Milk shake mix  - 2 tbsp i used (butterscotch)
Ghee(Indian Clarified Butter) - 1-2 tsp 

Method:-
Take your ingredients

Break vermicelli 

Now heat 1 tsp ghee in a pan

Throw vermicelli in it

Mix Well

Now add 1 cups water in it and give it a boil

On the other hand add butterscotch powder in milk and mix well

Add this mix in vermicelli and Give it a good boil

DONE DONE DONE

Let it cool completely and put in fridge for 15-20 min

SERVE

ENJOYYYYYYYY

Notes:-
  1. I have used butterscotch milk shake mix you can use any flavor.
  2. You can use oil but Ghee is preferred.
  3. You can add dry fruits, nuts or your favorite fruit. I served it with few pearls of pomegranate.

 Rooh Afza Butterscotch Drink
Summers are bidding good bye and Monsoon is pouring refreshing showers of happiness on us. Although I avoid cold drinks in monsoon season. But you know kids, even we elders need something chilled and refreshing in sweaty weather. So on sunday when everybody was gazing at me to have something to munch upon this drink born. 
I was so lazy to make something elaborated. So just went in the kitchen and searched for the available ingredients. Then i saw evergreen Rooh afza and butterscotch powder and an idea tinkled in my mind and a refreshing, mazedaar drink was there within 5 minutes.

You know it was very hard for me to take pictures as kids were about to attack on it. After taking snaps i went to the kitchen to take the cover of the camera and when i came back after 2-3 min, can you believe the plate and glasses were empty(thank god i tasted it while making it).So friends try it at home and let me know the results.

Ingredients:-
Rooh afza                 -  1/2 cup
Milk shake powder   - 1/2 cup (i used Butterscotch)
Suger                        - according to your taste (i used 1 tsp)
Milk                          - 2 cup
Cold Water              - 1 ltr
ICE CUBES

Method:-
Take your ingredients
Butterscotch milk shake powder

 Mix Rooh Afza and Butter Scotch milk shake powder


Add Milk and Water,
 Mix well
Add ICE CUBES

DONE


 SERVE
 ENJOY

Notes:-
  1. All ingredients are approximate adjust the quantity according to your taste.
  2. You can add more rooh afza or milk shake powder and skip the sugar.
  3. Best served chilled.
