Eggless Vanilla Cake with Chocolate Icing
Hi Friends,
Today is a sad day. The victim of Delhi Case died. My eyes were filled with tear as i thought that how safe a woman can feel after watching horrible incidence. I was not in mood to post any recipe today but somehow forced myself that it can be a way to express and share your emotions and feelings with others. I salute that girl. Without saying much i am coming to the recipe.
I made this cake on Christmas. It was soft and delicate cake and chocolate sauce made a nice pairing with it. Everybody liked this cake. I usually serve these kind of cakes in a plate with borders and pour sauce on it so that plate will also be filled with sauce. Try to serve your cake this way.

As usual i am looking for quick and easy recipes without compromising on taste and health. This toast was always on my mind but somehow made a delayed entry in my blog. I love its simplicity. Its a quick healthy and tasty snack dish. Needs few ingredients. You can have it with tea/coffee/sauce or as it is without any accompaniment. You can make it any time like for breakfast or for tea time snack. My kids and hubby loved it. Hope you will also like it.

  1. You can skip or add any of your favorite spice. But i think this is perfect as it is.
  2. You can make plain batter, make toast and then sprinkle chat masala over it and have it with tea/coffee.
  3. I have used brown bread here, you can use any bread.
  4. You can add chopped onion also to make it crunchy.
