Eggless Wheat Flour Banana Muffins
Hi Friends,
Are you craving for something sweet but your waist line does not allow you. Then don't worry i have a solution for you. I have a sweet tooth which always crave for something sweet and yummy. So I replaced few ingredients and made very healthy muffins. I used  wheat flour with honey banana and frosted it with dark chocolate. I am drooling here. These are bit dense muffins. If you find them dry then you can use honey or dark chocolate sauce to moist them a bit. But believe me if you will take them with some tea or coffee then there is no need to moist them. I had them with my coffee and was satisfied with the results very much. You can happily replace the honey and brown sugar with normal white sugar to have fluffy and rich muffins. But for health conscious people out there can try it anytime without worrying about their waist line. Try them guys its a healthy sweet treat for you. 


Wheat Flour- 1 cup
Banana puree- 1 cup
Honey-1 tbsp
Brown Sugar-1 tbsp
Baking Pdr-1 tsp
Baking Soda-1/2 tsp
Tutti Fruity-1 tbsp

Grab your ingredients

Add brown sugar honey and banana puree

Mix well

Take Wheat flour Baking Soda and Baking Pdr in a bowl 

 Mix them well

Add this to banana mix

Mix Well

Add some color

incorporate well

Fill your liners

Baked for 12 min

  1. You can use white sugar instead of honey and brown sugar.
  2. You can use Maida/APF instead of wheat flour.
  3. Its recommended to frost or moist them with honey maple syrup or your favorite sauce as these are dense muffins may be you feel them dry.
