Paneer Bhurji/Seasoned and Crumbled Cottage Cheese

Paneer Bhurji/
Seasoned and Crumbled Cottage Cheese
Hi Friends,
Few days back milk become sour and i made cottage cheese out of it. I thought to make rasgullas with it but it was time consuming and i don't get time for elaborated recipes. So made a very simple, quick and healthy side dish with it. It takes hardly 5-7 minutes to make it. I love this as it don't require fancy spices or ingredients. Just use whatever you have in hand. You can skip tomato onion and mix whatever veggie you like or make it plain.
I made it for breakfast with Lentil and Semolina Pancakes/ Daal aur sooji ka dosa. It was a super great combo. Everyone loved it. My kids enjoyed it a lot. Try this combo guys it would be surely on your weekly menu list.

Onion- 1 medium chopped

Tarbooz ka Juice/
Summer Special

Hi Friends,
I am here again with one more healthy and easy recipe. You just need 5-10 minutes to make this and a yummy drink is ready to quench the thrust. A very nice way to serve normal watermelon, good beverages for unexpected guests or to attract your kids to keep them away from all aerated drinks. It taste awesome.
You can add or omit any ingredients from it. Like you can skip lemon or salt to taste real watermelon juice, or you can use normal sugar instead of sugar. You can sieve it to enjoy like market bought juices or have it with pulp a more healthy choice. Follow your instincts, make it and Enjoooooy.

Watermelon- 1 medium

  1. You can replace honey with sugar as per your taste. i wanted to make it totally healthy so used honey.
  2. You can sieve it to get pure juice without pulp. i prefer more fibrous with pulp.
  3. You can skip salt or lemons if you don't like tangy taste.
