Rajma Parantha

RAJMA PARANTHA/ KIDNEY BEAN PAN CAKE/LEFTOVER RAJMA PARANTHA

Hi frnds,
As you can see my previous post that i have made sprouted Kala Chana and Rajma Prantha for breakfast. So herewith I am posting the  recipe of Rajma Prantha. I tried it first time and it came out very good. It would be a good use of leftover Rajma/Kidney beans laying in the kitchen or make them with freshly boiled. It's a tasty  prantha and healthy too.

Ingredients:-
Rajma                - 2 cups (leftover of freshly boiled & cooled)
Wheat Flour      - 2 cups

Method:-
Take your ingredients
if using freshly boiled then remain some water after boiling

Take Rajma in a wide bowl and mash with a ladle

Now add wheat flour in this

Start mixing to form a dough
(mixing curtsy my little angle PARI)

Take a lemon size ball out of the dough

Start rolling it and make it flat little thicker then chapati/roti

Heat a griddle and cook prantha on it
apply oil

Turn and apply oil and cook from both sides
                                                                        DONE

SERVE

SERVE DELICIOUS PRANTHA WITH ANY SIDE DISH

for my KIDDIES

FOR MORE HEALTHY VERSION I SERVED IT WITH SPROUTED BLACK CHANA SIDE DISH

Notes:-
  1. You can add red chilly, carom seeds for more flavor while mixing flour.
  2.  You can serve it with any side dish like curd, raita or simply tea, coffee or milk.
  3. Serve them hot as after some time they will turn bit hard.
