Black Grapes Juice/
Sweet and Salty Juice of Black Grapes/
 Kaale Angoor ka Juice
Hi Friends,
There are lots of fruits on my dining table like strawberry. kiwi, black grapes etc. attracting me so much. But you kids they don't eat them may be they are bored of having same fruits daily. Now i find ways to make them eat fruits daily but in different way. Earlier i never tried things with them as i afraid of using them for different recipes except juices . I never mix and matched fruits for shakes or juices. Now blogging world made me so much daring to try new recipes. Blogging world is full of experiments and bloggers have a long list of drool worthy recipes to crave to try your hands on them.
Yesterday i was searching for the recipes with black grapes and i saw so many yummy juices which gave me an idea of what i want. I didn't followed any recipe and made my own which came out so so yummy. It was sweet like juice, bit salty and appetizing like jaljeera.  Its easy, tasty, healthy and quick recipe. I came to know through Google that this juice is used to detoxify the body. You can replace ingredients as per your liking. Like if you want your juice really sweet then skip salt add more honey or sugar, for more tangyness use sour grapes or add lemon juice. So its up to you that what you want. Choose ingredients accordingly any way it will not disappoint you.
If you love golgappa or panipoori water or jaljeera etc. then you will love it. You can take it in as breakfast as accompany to snacks etc. Have it with some snacks or plain you will fall in love with it. Try it guys to detoxify yourself.

Notes:-

  1. Adjust salt, honey and cumin seeds powder as per your taste.
  2. You can use sugar instead of honey if grapes are sour.
  3. You can also use normal salt but i will recommend black salt as it will give unique taste.

Notes:-

  1. Onion and tomato is optional here. You can make it without them also.
  2. You can add your Favorite spices in it like chilly pdr.
  3. Adding peas is also optional but i will recommend you to add this.
  4. Be careful while measuring the soya granules as it will double in quantity after soaking them in warm water.
  5. You can add 1 tsp tomato sauce or tomato puree and skip amchoor pdr.
  6. If you wanted to add some veggie like cauliflower then cook or boil it first or use the method i did for the peas.
