Yesterday i was craving for something light for dinner or say something stir fry. I remembered one wedding where at one counter stir fried vegetables was served by cook. There were some chopped vegetables from which you can choose any and cook will stir fry them for you within minutes. I was impressed. So yesterday when i was craving for stir fry veggies, i tried to copy that recipe. It came out good. My son enjoyed that very much.
You can choose any veggie for this or combine two or more veggies. You can also opt for some of your favorite spices. It is also very healthy as i used only 1 tsp oil for it. It would be more batter if you will chose oil spray it will help to lessen more calories. So people on diet can also go for this. This is a healthier option as snack or side dish.If you are going to serve it for others or want to spice it up more then you can also add some sauce or chatni in it. You can choose any sauce like mustered, tomato, soya, coriander chatni etc. Make it according to your taste and enjoy.
Cauliflower - 1 medium
Chat masala- 1/2 tsp
Oregano- 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
Oil- 1 tsp
Gather your ingredients
clean and cut the cauliflower
take a pan and add 1 tsp oil in it
stir fry them for 3-4 min
and salt and chat masala
add lemon juice
Mix them well
Ready to serve
You can Garnish them with OnionsNotes:-
- Choose your favorite veggie for stir fry.
- Adjust spices according to your taste.
- You can add red chilly.
- you can garnish it with tomato onion coriander etc.
- Add up some sauce to make it more appealing.
