Carrot Juice without Juicer/ Gaajar ka Juice

Carrot Juice without Juicer/
Gaajar ka Juice
Hi Friends,
Hmmmm I know you all must be thinking that why i have made this in this bone chilling winters. but you know its human nature to go against nature. have you felt like eating ice creams in winters? see you are going against nature. So yesterday i don't know why i felt like having some carrot juice. everybody knows the benifits of carrot juice. It was 9 at night and fog outside scared me a bit to step out and get some fresh juice for myself. So i thought to make it at home. But regret as this time i bought grinder without juicer. So kept on scorching my head. suddenly i remembered the sharmi's blog where she made this juice without juicer.
So i went ahead and made few changes to suit our taste buds. I skipped sugar and used honey, also added some pepper powder. It tastes good. My son enjoyed it a lot. I didn't used chilled water as without keeping in fridge water was cold enough. You can adjust spices according to your taste. Hope you will like it.

Ingredients:-
Carrot - 2 medium
Honey - 1 tbsp
Lemon juice-2 tsp
Black pepper powder- 1/4 tsp
Salt- 1/4 tsp
Cold Water - 2 glass (preferably chilled)

Method:-

Grab your ingredients

cut carrots and add half cup water

Puree them

add more half cup water and again grind it

after grinding add rest of the water and strain it

add honey, lemon juice, salt and mix

add pepper powder and mix well

Pour in glasses

SEE THE BRIGHT COLOR

Hmmmmm YUM YUM

Notes:-
  1. You can add sugar instead of honey.
  2. You can skip pepper powder if you don't like it.
  3. If you don't have lemon or lemon juice then you can add one tomato to add tangyness.
  4. You can use orange carrots also.
  5. You can add some chat masala or crushed ginger as per your liking.

HOPE YOU WILL LIKE IT

Love
