Hi Friends,
I am here with scrumptious brownie for you. But i am feeling very bad to posting it as pictures are really very bad. I don't know when everything will come under control. I will update these pictures as soon as i will get new camera as these brownies will be a major part of my menu once in a fortnight. It was exactly like store bought brownie i use to buy almost everyday and a small biscuit size piece  was for Rs. 35/-. It was expensive but really scrumptious. I never thought in my dreams that i will be baking my own brownie which will cost 10 times less then store bought.
Try it guys you will fall in love with this brownie. You can add more chocolate for more chocolaty version or decrease if you prefer it less chocolaty. Ghee added a new flavor in it. you can replace it with refined oil. I will highly recommend you to try these brownies with the hope to get new camera soon and post my updated pictures.

Ingredients:-
APF/Maida- 1.5 cups
Oil/Ghee- 1/2 cup
Sugar -3/4 cup
Milk - 3/4 cups
chocolate chips or any chocolate - 3/4 cups
Vanilla Essence - 2 tsp
Walnuts-1 tbsp

Method:-
Take your ingredients

Take chocolate in a bowl or pan

add vanilla sugar and ghee in it

Mix it well

Add all purpose flour in it

and mix

Tip it in a baking tin, sprinkle some walnuts and bake for 25 min

DONE

sorry for bad pics but it was just so delicious

I enjoyed it with a scoop of ice cream

HEAVEN IN A BOWL

Hmmm YUMMILICIOUS
Notes:-

  1. Adjust the amount of sugar as per your choice, i have a very bad sweet tooth so i added 3/4 cup, you can use half cup as chocolate is already there and if serving with ice cream then i would become more sweet.
  2. use your favorite dry fruits, you can also add them in the batter.
  3. You can use oil, i have used ghee to check that how it tastes. i just loved the outcome.
  4. You can decrease the chocolate if you prefer it less chocolaty but i will highly recommend you to add same or more chocolate in it for more chocolaty version.

HOPE YOU WILL LIKE IT

Love
PariCash
