Refreshing Veggi Salad with Corn and Cottage CheeseHi Friends,

It was really very tough for me to finalise the winners. All dishes are drool worthy. Now i am planning my Second Event and Giveaway. Lets wait for few days to know the details. Now to the today's recipe. A refreshing Veggie salad with Corn and cottage cheese.
This salad is so filling and a good dinner/lunch for weight watchers, hardly takes 15 min to prepare and so flexible to add or skip any ingredient. It tastes great without any dressing or you can try your favorite dressing but i think the best would be some lemon juice and chilly flakes. Use your imagination or follow your taste buds, any way it will never disappoint you. So try it frnds to loose some inches.
Corn - half cup (boiled)
Cottage Cheese- half cup
Cucumber - 2 medium
Tomato - 2 medium
Reddish/Mooli- 1 medium
Black pepper- 1/2 tsp
Black Salt - as per your taste
Gather your ingredients
chop all veggies as per you wish
Take a bowl and mix all veggies with corn and cottage cheese in it
Add salt and pepper in it
Toss for few seconds
- Use your favorite veggies.
- You can slightly toss/shallow/fry/bake the cottage cheese for more flavorful salad.
- Choose your favorite dressing, or serve it plain, any way it tastes delicious.
