Eggless Butter/Oil Less Apple Honey Muffins
Celebrating 10.000 pageviews
Hi Friends,
Hope you are enjoying your days at your best. I can't believe that my hardly four months old blog crossed 10.000 pageviews and it is all because of you all my Dear Readers, you all are a huge support for me. I really Thank You All for making my blog successful. To celebrate this occasion i made these Apple Honey Muffins, This is also my first Muffin recipe in my blog.
I wanted to make something for this occasion and what would be batter then these healthy muffins, It came out so soft, mildly sweet and so spongy. It was just perfect for my family, especially my husband who liked them very much. I never wanted to use condense milk in it but never sure about the consistency of muffins so used only 1 tbsp, afterwords i felt that if we omit condense milk it will not make any huge difference, consistency might be bit dense but will be more healthier. I used 1 part APF and 3 part Wheat flour , but i will suggest you to use wheat flour without any second thought. As muffins were bit dense but totally awesome. Will try them soon as muffins are more easy peasy then baking cake as it takes hardly 15 min to bake and 5-10 min to cool (even i don't wait that much heheheh). So friends try them without delay and  indulge guilt free.

Prep Time- 10 Min
Cooking Time- 15 min
Yielded - 3 small and 1 big muffin

Ingredients:-
Wheat Flour -1 cup (see notes)
Condense Milk - 1 tbsp
Honey - half cup (see notes)
Apple - 1 medium (see notes)
Baking Pdr- 1 tsp
Baking Soda- 1/2 tsp
Any Dry Fruits- 1 tbsp

Method:-
Gather your ingredients

Sift Flour, Baking Pdr and Baking Soda

Crush roughly almonds or any dry fruit u like

Now peal and core apple and make puree out of it (i grated apple)

Add honey in it and mix well

Add condense milk

Mix them really well

Now mix flour in it and mix very well

Batter will be bit lumpy
(but if you feel that batter is very dense then add 1-2 tsp milk and adjust the consistency)

Tip them in your muffin molds and sprinkle crushed almonds
 i used foil muffin mold

Within 15 min your muffins are ready with awesome aroma

Enjoy them with
Tea/Coffee/Ice Cream/Chocolate Sauce/Caramel Sauce
Or as it is

 See a crusty nutty top

Notes:-
  1. I used 3/4 wheat flour and 1/4 maida (APF) because i felt it might be more dense but after gobbling them i realised that there is no need to add APF in them. That will hardly make any difference. So in recipe i wrote 1 cup wheat flour.
  2. I used 2 tbsp honey and muffins were mildly sweet, so if you want them less sweet then use 2 tbsp honey or follow the recipe for perfect sweetness.
  3. I have taken big large apple but when i started grating them it came out more then i cup, so i used only loosely packed 1 cup and handed over rest to my kids, so for this recipe 1 medium apple would be sufficient.
  4. I will suggest you to use raisins to add in batter and It would be best to use almonds or walnuts to sprinkle on top.  .

Hope you will like it
Love
