Spiral Pasta with Veggies
I am here again with one more pasta recipe. It came out delicious. I wanted to make it more healthy so i added paneer cubes, capsicum, carrot in it. These days my husband in love with coriander and Corns so i also added them. Even i made especially Coriander Rice for him. which came out perfect to go with any side dish. I am desperately waiting to try my hands on White Pasta Sauce. But for the timing i am trying my hands on different flavors, pasta and veggies. So friends try it and let me know the outcome.
Spiral Pasta- 2 cups (boiled)
Capsicum - chopped half cup
Onion- chopped half cup
Tomato- chopped half cup
Corn - half cup boiled
Cottage Cheese/Paneer-1 tbsp Chopped
Carrot - 1 tbsp Chopped
Coriander - 1 tbsp Chopped
Oregano- 2 tsp
Tomato Sauce - 2 tbsp
Cumin Seeds- 1 tsp
Salt - as per your taste
Gather your ingredients
Take 1 tsp oil in a pan or kadai and add capsicum, onion, carrot and saute for 1 min (don't overcook them)
Take them out and add one more 1 tsp oil in pan/kadai
Add cumin seeds
Add tomato Sauce
(be careful it will start bubbling)
flavor it with oregano
and add half cup water and give it a boil
Now throw boiled corn in it cook for few seconds
Throw chopped tomatoes and sauteed veggies and mix well
Add boiled pasta
add salt, mix well, cover and cook for one min
Add chopped paneer/cottage cheese
Garnish with chopped coriander
Ready to serve

- Don't overcook veggies, just saute them for few seconds.
- Add any of your favorite veggie in it. For me all these veggies were just perfect.
- If you don't like raw paneer then you can fry or shallow fry before adding to pasta.
- Don't skip corn, it added so much flavor in pasta.
