Sprouted Masoor Daal Sabzi/
Sprouted Black Lentil Side Dish
Hi Friends,
So weekend is here, whats your plan guys? my plan is always set that what i have to cook for breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner. Yes that's all i have planned. These days i am looking for more healthy dishes from breakfast to snacks. I try to cook which can be made with less or without oil/butter. Few days back i soaked some Black masoor daal to cook and kept some for further use.
After 3 day i saw that daal was sprouted (even i kept it in the fridge). It was so beautiful. Really. I never saw this sprouted daal. I was so excited to cook it. I made that daal very next day in breakfast and for my kids tiffin. It was so tasty and when i searched the net then i came to know about its nutritional value. Its was so tasty so healthy and so quick. Its worth to give it a try.

Notes:-
- You can add your favorite spices in it.
- I will recommend to use boiled potato, other wise i think it will taste bit dry.
- If you feel it dry then sprinkle 1-2 tsp water in it and cook covered.
HOPE YOU WILL LIKE IT
