I made sprouted Black chana and Rajma/Kidney bean prantha, a very healthy and delicious combo i made first time. I was enjoying siting in my office with the pittar patter of rain outside. So make them together or as u wish and let me know how was your experience.

Notes:-
  1. You can add or subtract any spice. Add chilly, chat masala or even sambhar masala and enjoy your kind of masala chana.
  2. If you do no have amchoor pdr, add chat masala or tomato puree or sauce for a twist.
  3. For more flavor you can add few drops of lemon juice.
  4. You add ginger and garlic if you prefer.
  5. You can enjoy this with prantha or roti or simply as it is.

HOPE YOU WILL LIKE IT
