Wheat Flour Sweet Dumpling/
Attay ke Mithay Pakore/
Attay ke Pakore
Hi Friends,
This is the dish from my childhood memories. My mom and sister use to make these sweet delicacy anytime of the day specially in chilling evening of winters to have them with a cup of piping hot tea. They use to whip them in minutes and we were all happy to have them. Even we ate them like this only while watching tv.
After a long time i felt same feeling while we all (my sis+mom) sitting together on Sunday evening on the terrace in sunny sun and mom said whats with tea today? No reply came.
I said i will make tea and went down to kitchen, whipped up these delicacies in minutes. I called my daughter to take the bowl upstairs, she asked me whats this mom and took a bite and said its sweet. She thought it might be savory fritter. We altogether enjoyed it and my sis told my kids that how they use to make and enjoy these sweet pakoras while we were kids. My kids were amazed with both things the sweet pakoras and the story behind them. I am sure you must be having some stories similar to it. Please share.Ingredients:-

Notes:-
- Don't make runny batter we use to make for pakoras/fritters, batter should be thick.
- Add water little by little as batter should be thick but if you feel batter become runny then add more flour and correct the consistency.
- People use to add a pinch of baking soda to make them fluffy and don't use it. You can add if you want.
- Fry pakoras on medium flame.
- Adding fennel is optional. You can skip it.
Hope you will like it
