Puffed Rice Dumplings/
Murmure aur Gud ke ladoo/
Kids Special/
Winters Special
These ladoos are the cheapest thing we get in the winters. These ladoos are the part of my childhood memories. I use to gulp lots of these dumplings in one go. One of the reason of Fighting between siblings. These are so light, crunchy and healthy made with puffed rice with the goodness of jeggary a source of protein.
It took me hardly 15 minutes to make these ladoos. i made them for my brother's 2 years old a fussy eater but like to eat these sweet dumplings. So made some for him and kept a few to keep in my kids lunch box. You can make them in big batches and store in a air tight container and enjoy anytime you crave for something sweet lite and crunchy.

Puffed Rice- 1 cup

take it out and try to roll with fingers
if you can roll it then syrup is done

switch off the flame and mix it so that syrup should coat the puffed rice

(be careful it will be hot)

Ready to eat

Notes:-
- You are suppose to be very careful while making jeggary syrup. over cooked syrup or under cooked syrup will make them difficult to shape them as ladoos.
- Keep checking the syrup after every 30 seconds and sim the flame while checking as syrup may over cooked.
- Be careful while making ladoos as hot syrup can burn your hands so let it cool down a bit then shape them but don't let them cool completely otherwise it would be difficult to shape them.
- After shaping ladoos leave them in open air/room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
Hope you will like it
