Bread and Soya Chunks Upma/
Bread Upma with Soya Chunks/
Healthy Breakfast
I was craving for making bread Upma since so many days but i was not getting time to try that. I prepared to make it today morning and i thought to give it some twist or add something healthy and different and guess what caught my attention? yes one of my favorite soya chunks. They paired well. But you should eat them hot or warm otherwise it will not taste good. I made that for breakfast and it disappeared in no time and i was very happy to see my kids eating healthy breakfast without any fuss. Just keep in mind to toast everything well so that they get a nice crunch which will make it so tasty. It will take hardly 15 minutes to make it. Its so easy, quick and healthy dish. You can also play with the ingredients like you add any boiled or finely shredded favorite veggie in it. So choice is yours.

Notes:-
- I have used small soya chunks here, you can use big ones or even soya granules but small chunks are recommended.
- Onion and tomato should be chopped very small, i have used hand shredder.
- Adjust spices as per your choice like add chopped green chilly for more spicier version or skip both type of chillies if making for kids.
- Garnish with coriander leaves (i was not having in hand) and enjoy hot.
Hope you will like it
