Potato Roast on Karwachauth/
Crispy Potato Dry Side Dish/
Karare AlooHi Friends,
Last year i have explained enough about Karwachouth and my dinner platter for the same. you can check it here. This time i made only few dishes and enjoyed them as i was not having enough energy to make elaborated meal. So kept it simple. I made potato roast, chettinaad paneer, sooji kheer and chapati.
Since long I wanted to try this simple, easy and tasty potato roast. it takes few minutes to make them and a very tasty, crunchy, spicy side dish is ready to rock. If you have boiled potatoes in hand then it will take hardly 10 minutes to make them. You can have it with anything like chapati/naan/pulao/rice etc.i like it just as it is simple without any side. It can be made for fasting/vrat also jut skip ginger garlic paste and you are done with scrumptious dish. Now without delay i am moving to the recipe.

- Adjust spices according to your preference.
- Use heavy bottom utensil to make this otherwise keep a watch to prevent burning.
- don't stir it frequently stir it occasionally and very carefully as boiled potato will break and become mushy.
