Roasted Gram Ladoo/ Buni hue Chana Daal ke Ladoo

Roasted Gram Ladoo/
Buni hue Chana Daal ke Ladoo
Hi Friends,
A very easy recipe is here for sweet lovers. Without any specific consistency of syrup as this syrup is very forgiving. If you feel syrup is not done well put it back on gas stove and cook again for few seconds try again.  You can make it any time to please your sweet tooth. Keep in kids tiffin box to have it after lunch. Take to your office for munching. Its good source of iron also. I made them few days back as i was craving for something sweet. I know its a winter recipe but who cares when it comes to please your taste bud. Just keep in mind to control the quantity for kids as it already summer here.Make small ladoos and give them 1-2 at a time. So friends enjoy making and eating it.

Ingredients:-
Roasted Gram - 1 Cup
Jeggary/Gud- 1 cup or 50 gm
Water- 2-3 tbsp

Method:-
Take all your ingredients

Heat water in a pan/kadai

add jaggery
for more faster process grate it or break in pieces

let it melt fully

melted

give it a good boil

within 2 minutes it will be like this thick and creamy

switch off the gas and add roasted gram

mix it well and let it cool for 5-10 minutes

grease your hands and take some portion and shape them in ladoo

All done

keep them in open air for some time to dry up completely

Ready to serve

Notes:-

  1. Keep an eye on the syrup don't overcook it otherwise it will burn and taste bitter.
  2. after mixing roasted gram in the hot melted syrup let it cool down a bit. Then start shaping them in ladoo. otherwise you will burn your hands.
  3. Keep in mind that when mix of jeggary and roasted gram is more easily to bind when bit cooled.
  4. Grease your hands with oil and then make ladoos. Otherwise they will stick to your hands.
HOPE YOU WILL LIKE IT
