Besan Ki Barfi ka Parantha/
Sweet Parantha/
Hi Friends,
One more sweet and delicious parnatha on my list. Whenever there is some pieces of ladoo/barfi in fridge i always make these paranthas with them. Its a very nice way to use leftover ladoo, parantha or halwa. Yesterday i made these parantaha with besan barfi. I already have ladoo and halwa parnatha recipes in my blog. If you fry them in ghee the paranthas will taste too good. Mawa laddo or burfi is best for these kind of parantha. You can play with your imagination and try with another sweets also. Please let me know if you have tried anything like that.
Check out already in my blog

Notes:-
- Keep in mind that whatever you use (ladoo/barfi) there should not be any moisture in it. Otherwise it be difficult to fill and roll parnatha.
- You can make this parantha with other burfi or laddo also.
- You can use any oil/ghee to fry these parantha.
- Serve Hot/Warm.
Hope you will like it
