Eggless Coffee and Chocolate Cake
Hi Friends,
This cake is a keeper. If you are a coffee or chocolate lover then try it as soon as possible. Actuly a bottle of coffee which my cousin bought it from dubai was laying in the pentry. I wanted to use it for something and i was craving to try a coffee cake and ended up making this MOCHA CAKE.  Dark chocolate coffee and whole wheat flour the combination is to die for. Believe me.
I have used whole wheat flour for it and still it was so yummy that nobody recognized that wheat flour is used for it. It was perfect then a store bought cake. You can always replace wheat flour with APF (Maida) for more airy cake but believe me its not required. You can replace vegetable oil with olive oil for more healthy version. If we skip sugar then its a healthy cake and you can enjoy it without any quilt.
You have to try this cake.

Ingredients:-
Whole Wheat Flour- 1.5 cups
Baking Powder- 1 tsp
Coffee- 2 tsp
Chocolate- 75gm, or half cup melted
Sugar- 1 cup
Oil- 3/4 cups
Hot Water- 1 cup
Milk- to adjust the consistency (if required)

Method:-
Take all your ingredients

Flour+baking powder

sieve both of them

melt chocolate by double boiling method

now take hot water in a bowl

add coffee powder and 1 tsp sugar

mix them well

now melted chocolate and coffee mix is ready

mix coffee mix in melted chocolate

mix them properly

Now mix oil and sugar in a separate big bowl

add coffee and chocolate mix in it

see the shining beauty

now your dry ans wet ingredients are ready for the marriage made in heaven

add dry ingredients with wet ingredients

mix them well
add milk if needed to adjust the consistency

Pour in the greased and dusted pan

baked for 40 minutes

Level it and turn upside down

I covered it with Mocha Icing (recipe coming soon)

It was sooooooooo addictive

mouth watering here

Notes:-
  1. Please stick to the recipe for the real taste of mocha. but you can adjust the amount of coffee and chocolate as per your choice.
  2. You can increase sugar for more sweeter cake but for us it was perfect.
  3. You can skip coffee or chocolate and make it with any one on them.
Hope you will like it
Love

    1. Dear Harsha, to bake a cake in cooker follow some easy steps. you can ask again if there is any doubt.
      1. Take a cooker ifwhich your cake pan can fit.
      2. Remove rubber and whistle from the cover/thakkan of the cooker.
      3. fill half bowl/katori sand or salt (cooking salt) in the cooker.
      4. Place any stand on it or you can place foil paper as cake pan should not touch sand/salt directly as it will burn the cake base.
Now heat cooker on medium flame for 5 minutes. then put your cake pan inside and bake for 20 minutes of slow heat, then bake for more 10 minutes on medium heat. Check cake after this and bake it for more 5 minutes or increase time accordingly.

    1. Dear Benite, I have not used vanilla in this recipe. second thing is temperature. i dont cook my cakes in oven or microwave, i use pressure cooker (Indian utensil for pressure cooking) for the same. and heat it on medium flame.
