Quickest Rasmalai/ Sweet Dumpling in Sweet Saffron Milk

Quickest Rasmalai/
Sweet Dumpling in reduced Saffron Milk
Hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii Friends,
Days are too lazy now and i am feeling like doing nothing. So searching for quick recipes. Earlier i posted my Super Quick Breakfast and searching for more. Yesterday I was badly craving for something sweet. Two boxes of rasogullas were laying in my fridge but after gulping over one box second box was laying untouched in the fridge and nobody was ready to have it. So thought to make something with it.
Then i remembered the easiest Ras Malai on few blogs and i headed towards kitchen and after 15 min i came back with this scrumptious Ras Malai excluding time for chilling. I wanted my rasmalai to look exactly like market one. But i was not having kesar in hand,  milkmaid was not enough and moreover i was not having much patience to reduce milk to thickened. So i just grabbed the ingredients in hand and moved ahead. I used my favorite Badaam Kesar Complan to make it. It was delicious. I used sponge rasogullas here but i will recommend you the normal white small rasogullas as they become more creamy and soft if dunked in thickened milk. But still it was a good experience for me to share with you. Try it guys you will love it.

Ingredients:-
Readymade Rasgulla - 8-10
Milk - 4 glass
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Milkmaid/Condense Milk-1/2 cup (see notes)
Complan - 1 tbsp
Dryfruits-1 tbsp Chopped

Method:-
Grab your ingredients

Take 1/2 cup milk

Mix 1 tbsp complan in it

Now heat remaining milk and milkmaid in a wide pan or kadai

When it starts boiling add complan mix in it and heat on high

Within 5-7 min its will be done

Add chopped nuts

Done

Take out in bowl, add rasogullas and chill in fridge for 10-15 min

SERVE

Notes:-
  1. If you are not having milkmaid/Condense Milk then take milk and reduce it to 1/4 and add sugar.
  2. Squeez out all syrup of rasogullas before adding them to reduced milk.
  3. I was not having Kesar/Saffron in my hand so i used Kesar Badaam Complan. You can use Kesar or Complan either.

HOPE YOU WILL LIKE IT

Love

    1. Dear Sowmya, complan is a normal milk drink just like bornvita. Its not a thicker. i used it because i was not having Kesar(saffron) with me. Moreover if added in milk it taste like badaam kesar milk. It is especially for kids, but i have this with cold milk and it tastes yum.
