Bread and Cornflakes Delight/
Have you bored with same bread and cereal Breakfast. Or lazy to make anything. It happened to me few days back. I woke up late and don't want to stand in kitchen more then 10 min. I was having bread and corn flakes in my hand but nobody was ready to have them. So after a long time i used my childhood method of having bread and corn flakes. So today i am here with a very quick and healthy breakfast. It will take hardly 10-15 min to make. I stood in the kitchen for hardly 5 min and then came to the breakfast table and assembled everything there. Even my kids helped me to do that. They enjoyed eating it also. So guys try this and forget about cooking for next 2-3 hours as it is quite filling itself.
Bread (any)- 6 i used wheat bread
Corn flakes -1 cup (you can use muesli also)
Milk - 2 cups (hot or warm)
Sugar - as per your taste
Dry Fruit- 2 tbsp chopped
Grab your ingredients
(I mixed sugar and milk)
Heat a Tawa/Griddle and apply some oil or butter
bake your bread on it
Now take your favorite bowl
Place one bread and sprinkle some milk on it
throw in some corn flakes
and chopped dry fruit
Place another bread and repeat
Finish all stuff like this to make a tower
Now slowly pour milk on it
Top with more dry fruit and corn flakes and leave for 5 min
READY TO SERVE
- You can add chopped fruits also to make it more healthy.
- Instead of mixing sugar in milk you can sprinkle them on layers. It will give you a nice crunch.
- Use your favorite dry fruit and seeds. I used almonds, cashew, walnuts.
- You can use meusli instead of cornflakes.
