HOW TO BOIL NOODLES/Basics

HOW TO BOIL NOODLES
Hi Friends,
Hope you all are enjoying festival season. I am also doing so but very sad about my camera which is broken and taking this much time to fix it up. I am really missing posting new recipes. I am a daily blogger and most of the time my recipes are from last night meal. So friends please pray for my camera. I am missing it badly.
Now to the recipe. Today i am here with a Basic recipe for noodle lovers and for beginners. Its not tricky at all. The reason behind posting it here is that when i started cooking in my early age, i had a very bad experience with noodles, every time i boiled them they become sticky and i was not able to handle them and finally dumped in dustbin. Yeah, its true. But after few trials i got the idea and now its just like anything. So friends it might help the beginners who would like to make their own noodles.

Ingredients:-
Noodles (any) - 1 packet
Salt - 1 tsp
Oil- 3 tsp

Method:-
Take your ingredients

Heat water in a wide vessel

Add Salt

  and oil

When it will start boiling

Slowly add in your noodles

Let them boil

 and boil

Stir in between with fork

Within 10 min its Done (see notes)

Drain all water

Now run them through water and let drip of extra water

Now apply oil on you hands
(you can drop few drops of oil on noodle and mix with fork)

Mix well to quote all noodles with oil

Ready to use

Notes:-
  1. If your noodles become extra soft (over cooked) then don't worry, after boiling them, run them through ice (chilled) water, drain well, apply oil and keep in fridge (not freezer) for 15 min, they will be absolutely manageable.
  2. Always boil water first with salt and oil and then add noodles, don't add noodles first and then heat water, it will make them sticky.
  3. If you are making dry noodles like hakka noodles then drain water very well from noodles and then apply oil. You can dry them on kitchen towel.
  4. Try to apply oil with hands to quote noodles well.

HOPE YOU WILL LIKE IT

LOVE
