Rava Nariyal Ladoo for Ganesh Chaturthi/
Ganesh Chaturthi Special
Hi Friends,
HAPPY GANESH CHATURTHI TO ALL
I know this festival occassion is celebrated in whole India with Some of different methods. But the faith is same. So with all the believe and faith i am moving ahead with todays recipe which is for LORD GANESHA.
I am here with the recipe which i made to offer Lord Ganesha as prasad. We brought a beautiful idol of Lord Ganesha to our house and he is our Guest at home for 10 days. He is blessing us with his presence. I will almost daily upload the recipes which i will make during this festival. Yesterday i made these ladoos and believe me these ladoos are very easy and simple to make. It took hardly 20-25 minutes to make them. Just keep in mind to stirring it while making the ladoos as it can burn easily. You need not to worry about the taste as it is a never fail recipe. So move ahead and make these ladoos, offer them to Lord Ganesha and take the blessings.

Notes:-
- If you feel that sugar is less then you can increase milk powder to 3/4 cup or as another alternative if you dont have milk powder take 1 tbsp sugar and mix it in milk and use as per the recipe.
- Keep the mixture stirring in the whole process otherwise it may burn easily.
- Make the ladoos while dough is still warm. Do not let it cool down complete otherwise shaping them will be difficult.
- Adding almonds is optional. You can make them plain or add your choice of dry fruits like cashew nuts, raisins etc.
Hope you will like it
Love
