PASTA WITH TOMATO SAUCE IN 10 MINUTE
Hi Friends, |
Hope all Delhi people are enjoying monsoon showers. I love rain. I feel like cooking stuff to enjoy this weather, but sometimes health issues, lack of time or any ingredient let me think before moving ahead. To enjoy rainy season i really do not need fried stuff always, even a chocolate cake or brownie straight out of the oven, idli sambar, hot paranthas, delicious pasta, any dessert is enough to make me more then happy. And sometimes i hate cooking in this season i just want to sit back and enjoy some store bought or ordered stuff. hmmm. Waiting for those days.
So for now even if i do not feel like cooking, i have to make something for my 3 monsters (kids+hubby) roaming around me with quenstion in their eyes "What's for breakfast?. So i made this pasta. I was out of most of the ingredients. So i gathered few in hand and made this. It was just delicious. Plates of all three monsters were empty within minutes, even my son asked for second serving. I was on cloud nine. So dear all try it at home and see your family relishing it.

Notes:-
- I used spiral pasta, you can use any type.
- You can add any veggie, i was not having any in hand. Though it was scrumptious as it is.
- I used onion and tomato to increase the quantity, you can skip it totally.
