I always like to use walnuts in baking it gives a great crunch and unique taste to cake.

It was vanished as soon as it was cut and served to kids, kids kept on asking for more and more.  SERVE

Notes:-

  1. You can use plain flour or mix of flours like 50-50 ratio of wheat and plain flour. I used whole wheat flour but nobody felt that.
  2. You can decrease chocolate and increase sugar if you are not a chocolate person.
  3. You you want to skip chocolate but need same dark color then use brown sugar instead of white sugar.
  4. You can use 50gm butter instead of oil.
  5. You can pulse the walnut in a mixer or crush them with some heavy object for more uniform mixing in the cake batter.
  6. You can any of your favorite nuts/dry fruit in it to make it more rich.
