Name it pleaseeeeeee
Hi Friends,
Yesterday i wanted to bake something but very much confused that what i am going to choose. Everyday when i reach home i finish dinner part and then try my hands on something. Like yesterday i had a recipe of Cake with Vinegar, i never tried vinegar in baking. So bit scared. secondly i didn't wanted to bake something sweet. So what i did is turned cake recipe in savory base loaf and topped it with cheese to and veggies like we do for pizza. It was ready within 30 min and was a huge hit in my home. It was so soft that a sponge cake is a fail in front of this. it was so yummy that my kids finished it in one go.
But when it came to post this recipe here. I was so confused to give it a name. As its not a pizza nor cake. So guys i am leaving this confusion to you. Please suggest me some good name for this incredible recipe. Guys it is must to try it.

Notes:-

  1. I replace the cake sponge recipe to savory sponge and use it as base
  2. Base should not be thicker then 1.5 inch, so pour batter accordingly.
  3. You can add veggies in batter also.
  4. You can top it with any of your favorite veggie.
  5. Handle it with care as it is really very soft.
  6. It is recommended to cover baking pan with foil which can cover he sides and some extra handing at sides so that you can pull out the baked dish easily.

Bread Pizza in 15 min
Hi Friends,
Hope you all enjoyed new year eve fullest. New year has just begin and i was dying to post something special for this day but my camera foes ruined my all plans. Its not like that that i haven't baked anything but I am not able to post it as photographs are really poor. So left that project for some other day.
Now to today's recipe which needs few ingredients, quick to make and very yummy and filling also. You can have it anytime. Its healthy too. I saw it on so many blogs and it was on my to-do list but somehow delayed the project. Now i tried it successfully and regretted later to make only one batch as my kids were asking for more and more. I was really very happy with the outcome. I have used brown bread here. you can use any. its really very good substitute of Pizza. Try this guys you will make your family happy.

Ingredients:-

Bread - 4
Mozzarella Cheese- 2 tbsp grated
Onion - 1 medium chopped finely
Tomato - 1 medium chopped finely
Tomato Sauce/Pizza Sauce- 1-2 tbsp
Oregano -2 tsp

Method:-

grated cheese

grease a tawa/pan with oil or butter your bread slices

arrange your bread on tawa and cook till base it baked
it will be cooked within few seconds on medium heat

now turn the bread and take tawa off the flame

apply tomato sauce

spread chopped onion

and tomato

then grated cheese

flavor it with oregano and bit of salt

put tawa again on heat and cook on low heat
(preferable cover the tawa with some lid or dom like cover so that it should not touch the top of bread)

within 5-6 min cheese will melt

your pizza is ready to serve

Cut

or serve as it is

I served it like this to please my kids
Notes:-

  1. You can also use any veggie which can be eaten partially cooked or raw like carrot capsicum  thawed sweet corn etc. as we will bake this pizza for hardly 5 min.
  2. You can use pizza sauce instead of tomato sauce. I haven't any in hand.
  3. I have used brown bread here. you can use any.
  4. You can make it on regular or non stick tawa/pan.
  5. you can grease your tawa or spread butter on your bread slice alternatively.

Fusion Pasta/ Celebrating Christmas with kids

Fusion Pasta/
Celebrating Christmas with kids
Hi Friends,
Hope you all enjoyed Christmas with your near and dear ones. I enjoyed my Christmas very much. I like to do different things to  surprise my kids especially on Christmas as I use to tell them stories of Santa who comes and give gifts to kids. Every Christmas kids ask me when will Santa come and bring gifts for us. This question gave me an Idea. As always i bought a small Christmas tree and asked my kids to decorated it. I assured them that Santa will come at night and will leave a gift for them. My kids started praying Santa to bring (a long list of toys) for them. At night when they went to there beds i kept two gifts for them near the Christmas Tree. In the morning as soon as my son wake up he straight went to the Tree to see there gift. Can't explain the smiles and joy i saw in their eyes. Those Precious moments can't be explained. Whole day they were roaming around with those gifts and telling everybody that Santa gave them those gifts. So tell me guys if you do such things for kids or may be for your nephew or niece.
Now to the recipe I baked a Vanilla Cake for Christmas (coming soon) and for breakfast i made this Fusion Pasta. It has flavors of Indian and Western food.
