PEANUT CLUSTER/
MOONDGFALI WALI CHOCOLATE
Hi Friends,
After a long time i made these cluster which i was planning from last few weeks and finally i made them last night. It was so yum. These are so quick and easy clusters. Favorite of all. Everybody at home loved them. Even at office everybody loved them and asked from where i bought them. beaming with joy. You can make them for parties and get together. I have used dark chocolate to make them as i don't prefer milk chocolate. But you can use milk chocolate or combo of both to make these clusters. You can make them in advance and store in fridge for later use. Hope you will like it.

Ingredients:-

Peanuts - 3 tbsp
Chocolate- 100gm
Vegetable oil/Olive Oil- 2 tsp
Salt-  a Pinch

Method:-
Take all your ingredients

Line a Foil paper in a plate or tray

dry roast peanuts

heat half cup water a vessel to melt the chocolate

fir a pan or bowl on it
boiling water should not touch bottom of this bowl

place your chocolate in it

it will start melting

stir it

When melted add pinch of salt

then oil

salt and oil

mix them properly

take roasted peanuts

you can peel the skin or use as it is

Notes:-
  1. To melt the chocolate you need to take a vessel in which you will heat the water and one another bowl/pan which can fit in the previous vessels in which we will heat the water. Pls keep in mind when water will boil it should not touch the bottom of the bowl. So heat minimum water and fill it again if it dries up.
  2. You can use any flavorless oil for making these clusters.
  3. You can make them in chocolate mold also.
  4. Peeling off the skin of peanut is absolutely your choice. I like it with skin. If you want it without skin then after roasting peel of the skin by rubbing them with your hands.
  5. You can make them in big sizes and break after they are set or make small pieces for kids.
  6. You can make this cluster with any of other dry fruits, dried fruits also.
Hope you will like it

Muesli Chocolate Bars/ Crunchy Chocolate Bars/ Chocolate Bars with Muesli

Muesli Chocolate Bars/
Crunchy Chocolate Bars/
Chocolate Bars with Muesli
Hi Friends,
Sometimes you love something which is very unhealthy weather its  junk food or sweets like chocolate. These cases are more worst in kids. Who doesn't love Chocolates. I haven't seen a single kids yet who doesn't love it. Even elders become kids when it comes to chocolates. When it comes to health issues for kids and elders its become a hindrance to enjoy this delicacy, having chocolate is a  risky affair in daily routine. But now it is proved that Dark chocolate if taken in moderation will help you to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Its a good antioxidant, helps in weight loss, lower high BP, controls High Blood sugar and good for your heart and brain. source fitday.
Most of the time i make chocolates at home. To make it more healthy i use dry fruits muesli and olive oil. This way i achieve lots of benefits together. My kids always ask me to make more and store in the fridge but i know all that will vanish up in single day. So make them in intervals with different ingredients like with dry fruits, cornflakes, peanuts etc. This time i used muesli and it came out so yum. I have lots of chocolate molds but if you don't have then don't worry you can make your own molds (see notes). So guys these are enough reasons to indulge in your favorite dark chocolate bar. Don't wait, just try it.

Ingredients:-
Cooking Dark Chocolate - 150gm or chopped one cup
Dry Fruit Muesli - 3/4 cup
Olive Oil- 1 tbsp
Chocolate mold- bars shape (see notes)

Method:-
Ingredients
chocolate

Muesli

Chocolate mold

melt chocolate by double boiling method

add olive oil and mix well (sorry forgot to take pic)
Now throw in muesli

Mix well

Pour it in molds and keep in freezer for 10 minutes

tap mold to unmold bars

You crunchy munchy chocolate bars are ready

you can wrap them and gift to someone you love

I also made some square shape crunchy chocolate

ENJOYYYYYYYYY

Gift for someone you love
Notes:-

  1. All utensils you use should be completely dry, moisture can damage your whole chocolate.
  2. If you don't have muesli in hand then you can use anything in hand like cornflakes, dry fruits, dried fruits etc. You can also make them plain.
  3. If you don't have mold then cover a square shape pan or thali/plate with foil, pour the mixture, let it cool (not in fridge) for 5 minutes, mark the cuts and then put in freezer to set.
  4. You can use butter or normal vegetable oil instead of olive oil.
  5. keep chocolate in freezer for 10 minutes, tab mold to remove it and then wrap it in wrapping paper (its a chocolate wrapping paper not normal gift wrapping paper).
  6. Wrap chocolate immediately after unmolding it otherwise it will get moisture and it would be difficult to store it for longer.
  7. In case you get moisture on chocolate immediately pet dry with dry and clean kitchen towel and wrap it.

China Grass Pie With Biscuit Crust/

Pie without Pie Pan
Hi Friends,
As in my earlier posts you can see i am trying recipes with China Grass like this. This and This And there is endless list of recipes which i wanted to try. So i combined these two things and this is the outcome. China Grass Pie. I never tried my hands on Pie. I ate it so many items but never dared to try it. I like its savory versions also. especially spinach and cheese Pie. I hope soon i will try that also.
Now to today's recipe. My problem started with the PAN for Pie. We need removable pan base for this. I substituted that with a plate with high corners and covered it with Sling wrap. Now second problem was the crust. I am always afraid to make that. Then i went through so many blogs and found it very interesting that for non bake Pie we can use Biscuit crust. My eyes lit bright and an idea struck to my mind. Why not try a China Grass pie with biscuit crust. Woow. I said to myself.
I bought biscuit to make crust and went ahead, it was first time so i was scared if it will not set then? With this dilemma i went ahead and made two lcolors filling. and put it in fridge. i took it out after 1 hours. It was looking so tempting. But as soon as i tried to remove sling it broke from few places. then i realised i need to set it fully before removing. It tasted awesome.
My first attempt with China grass pie

Notes:-
  1. I will recommend you to use foil paper instead of sling film as it can handle hot things. you need to be very careful with sling film.
  2. You can use any biscuit for crust. Quantity depends upon the pan you are using. for big pan use more biscuits.
  3. Butter is essential to make crust.
  4. Be careful while you will put butter and biscuit mix in the sling wrapped pan. as it will be bit hot and sling is so delicate to handle hot things. So cool it before tipping it in the pan.
  5. You can make this in any color, plain or even in mulitcolor.
  6. Adding rose essence will enhance the flavor.
  7. Please let in the fridge for at least for 1-2 hours or preferably overnight to let it fully set.
  8. Be very carefull while removing sling from the crust. take support of some plate
