Soya Chaap Chaat

Soya Chaap Chaat/Soya Pop Stick Snack

Hi Friends,
You must have seen my SOYA CHAAP in my blog, if not then see it here soya-chaap-sabzi. Now i hope you came to know what is it exactly and how healthy it is. Soya Chaap is one of most favorite dish in my home. Kids and husband like it most. But i like it as Chaat. I always fry few pieces and make chaat out of them. It is so yummy, if you have a crunchy taste then it is for you. Now my kids and hubby also started enjoying it. After frying add only salt and lemon and that's all, for more elaborated version you can add anything like onion, tomato, coriander etc. For more healthier version you can bake them instead of frying. I will soon try another versions and share with you, till then try it and enjoy this simple yet yummy chaat. Now off to the recipe.

Ingredients:-
Soya Chaap            - 4-5 pieces
Onion                     - 3-4 rings (optional)
Amchoor Pdr         - 1/2 tsp
Chat Masala           - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilly Pdr       - as per your taste
Lemon                    - 1/2

 Recipe:-
Boil Chaap in water for 2-3 min (Like we do for soya chunks)

Pull out the stick, squeeze out water, cut in pieces and fry or bake them in oven

All fried (i made small pieces)

Now take fried pieces in a bowl

Add all spices, Squeeze Lemon and Mix Well

DONE

Serve
(Garnish with Onion)

CAN'T EXPLAIN HOW YUMMY IT IS

Let's Cook

Sending this to Jagriti's Event- Super Foods ww.jagrutidhanecha.com/2012/08/announcing-jco-event-super-foodssuper.html

Notes:-
  1. Its necessary to boil chaap first then squeeze out the water and fry.
  2. Use any spice you like.
  3. You can add onion tomato or any other ingredients of your liking. I like it simple.

HOPE YOU WILL LIKE IT
