Poha/Beaten Rice Snack

Poha/ Beaten Rice Snack
Hi Friends,
Poha a not very common thing for me. I do not like the version available in the market, very rarely i go for this dish. I tried few of its version at home but not satisfied with the outcome. This time i made some changes and liked the taste very much. It was crunchy, bit spicy and very satisfying. I like the aroma while i finished cooking part. Add whatever you like in it or just make simple.

Ingredients:-

Notes:-
  1. You can add turmeric (haldi) for yellow color poha which is served in the market. I do not like that color.
  2. Adding potato, onion, tomato is purely optional. I like tit bit bites in it so i used them. You can avoid anything you don't like

HOPE YOU WILL LIKE IT
