Sprouted Kala Chana Paneer Sabzi/
Sprouted Black Gram Cottage Cheese Dish
Hi Friends,
In monsoon there are lot of chances to get infection as there is lot of moisture in atmosphere. I have seen people suffering from fever, cold and so many infections. We need to be very very careful about hygiene and food we take in this kind of weather. So now days i am adding so many healthy dishes in my food. Most of the time i keep sprouts in my fridge. They are packed with nutrition. But few days back i saw sprouts are few to make a dish, Then i realized there is one more thing lying in my fridge, actually my milk got spoiled and i made paneer with that.
So as soon as i saw them together, a very nutritive dish invented in my mind and i started making it without any second thought. At the end step you can cook this dish for more 5 min and it will dry up. Use it as filling for wraps and rolls. So try it as per your wish .I was more then happier to see my kids enjoying this. So Friends try it and give your family a power packed food.

Notes:-
- I have used sprouted black chana and boiled it , you can use simple boiled chana.
- You can use tofu or store bough paneer instead of home made paneer
- Add your favorite masala for this.
- You can made it bit more dry by cooking for more 5 min and use to make wraps and rolls.
- You can make this without onion and tomato. Or just use one of them according to the availability.
