Baby Corn Pakoda/Fritter

Baby corn Pakoda/Babycorn Fritters
Hi Friends,
Yesterday was an amazing day. After a whole day flown away with badly shining sun and suddenly in the evening a heavy rain started and lasted up to one hour. Just before all working people preparing to get back to their home. Nobody imagined this kind of situation. After heavy showers when people came out of their office to move ahead all were shocked as all streets were flooded with water.  These floods reminded my school and collage days. I was not a kid who avoid schools in monsoon, i was the one who reaches school before teachers. Yes i really that much enjoy monsoon. Even in collage time i entered in the classroom where hardly any student was present. I don't mind flooded streets and heavy rain. I enjoy them. Really.
I was stucked in the jam. Its only thing which bothers me,  As i have to prepare dinner and also need to prepare for kids school in the morning. So it become more hectic when you reach by the time dinner shuld be finished and then you start preparing that. So now to the recipe, i tried these fritters first time and it reminded me about my mom,s rice flour fritter which she makes for us in monsoon. So these fritters are dedicated to my MOM. Try them and enjoy with monsoon showers.

Notes:-
  1. I added 1 tbsp cornflour so fritter was sticking to the teeth, so here i asked to add only 2 tsp.
  2. I made fritters for kids without adding chilly pdr and after that added chilly pdr and made for husband and others.
  3. Don't cook babycorn more then 5 min. it will become soggy.
  4. It is important to pet dry and remove access water from babycorn before making fritters.

HOPE YOU WILL LIKE IT
