Italian Garlic Pull Apart Roll

Hi Friends,
My wish list of cooking is decreasing from upside and increasing from downside. I tried many things which i always wanted to make. Earlier i tried italian pull apart sweet roll and then after few days i tried these Garlic Pull Apart Roll. By the time i have seen these  Garlic Rolls at Nags Space i was just dying to try them out. i don't know why her rolls fascinated me so much, may be because they are so simple and scrumptious.  i have seen so many garlic roll in blogs but only these one attracted me so much. So after a long long time i made them. it came out yummy. There was some short puts also but the result was just so good. I hope you will also try them and let me know the results.

Ingredients:-

For Dough
Flour   - 2 cups (i used 1 cup APF and 1 cup wheat Flour)
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Warm Water - 2 cups (as needed to make dough)
Salt   - 1/2 tsp
Yeast  - 1 tsp

For Filling
Garlic    - 1 tbsp
Butter    - 2-3 tsp (i used ghee/Indian unsalted butter)
Oregano - 2 tsp

For outer Layer
Milk           - 2-3 tsp
Oregano - 1/2 tsp




Method:- 
For making dough See Here

Roll your dough and apply butter/ghee

Take your ingredients for filling

Sprinckle finaly chopped or crushed garlic, oregano and salt

Now start rolling the dough

Cut them in one inch piece

Arrange them in a tin or pan (i used foil pan)

Now leave them again for 15-30 min untouched

Now apply milk on it and sprinkle oregano 
(you can also apply leftover filling)


Heat your Oven and put your container for baking

Done within 20 min


Ready to Serve 
No need to cut, this is pull apart roll dear
One roll is pulled withing minutes

Notes:-
  1. You can use butter for filling and applying, then avoid salt.
  2. Oregano is optional, you can use any herb.
  3. Baking time depends upon so many things, so check after every 15 min.
  4. Serve warm.
