Chickpea Flour Pancake
Hi Friends,
Hope you all are doing well. Here i am posting cheela recipe. Its a very simple, well known Indian Pan cake. Its very comforting if some body has cold or throat problem. You hardly need 15 min and scrumptious cheela would be ready in no time. It could be preferred for sudden craving of kids as well as for any age group. There are lot of varieties of it. But here i am posting simple one which is as delicious as with filling. You can add any of your favorite veggie in it. Its one kind of uthapam. It will go well with most of the sauce and chatni's. So without any second thought go in the kitchen and try it. Offer your kids, husband or just sit back and devour it alone.
Ingredients:-
Besan/Chickpea Flour- 1 cup
Water - 2 cups (as per needed to make batter)
Tomato Sauce - 1 tbsp (optional)
Chat Masala (or any) - 1 tsp
Salt - as per your taste
Method:-
Take your ingredients
Mix Water in flour and make a runny batter
Add your favorite masala and mix well
Now add tomato sauce and mix well
Heat a griddle and pour 1 tbsp batter on it
Spread and let it cooked for few seconds
Now turn and cook from another side
READY TO SERVE
SERVE WITH WHATEVER YOU WANT

Notes:-
- You can add any of your favorite masala in it.
- You can make them simple by only adding salt and relish with tea/coffee/sauce/chatni anything you like.
- Make batter spreadable, adjust the consistency by adding more flour or water.
