Paneer Parantha/
Cottage Cheese Stuffed Pan Cake
Hi Friends,
Hope you all have planned your weekend. If not then don't worry enjoy your lazy weekend with some lazy food. I made these parantha for breakfast and for my kids and my tiffin. These are always welcome in my home. Everybody love them so much. I served them with Soya Paneer Sabzi, I know its a bit heavy affair but need something to go together. So its a one kind of double healthy food bonanza. I like this very much about paneer/cottage cheese that you can have it in any form Raw,salted, fried, stuffed, shallow fried means any way you prefer. It will never disappoint you. Stuff it in anything and you will get most scrumptious healthy food. So try this and tell me your view about my opinion.
Ingredients:-
Wheat Flour Dough-As needed
Paneer/Cottage Cheese- 250gm
Any your favorite masala- 1tsp
Coriander Powder - 1/2tsp (optional)

Notes:-
- You can add any spice of your choice like chat masala, chilly pdr etc. but my kids likes it simple, so i made it like that.
- Adding coriander is a good option but i was not having in hand.
- You can make proper paneer bhurji and make parantha with that, but i always choose quick version. My kids don't mind ray paneer even they like it that way.
HOPE YOU WILL LIKE IT
