Banana Pancake

Banana Pancake
Hi Friends,
Today i am herewith my First attempt of Pancake. I was always fascinated with these flat cakes. So after so many thoughts i tried them and they came out very yummy. I tried them in small quantity as i afraid of failure.
There were few outcomes. but that was negligible. I served them with chopped bananas and chocolate sauce and that become a delicious combo. I thought they might be fluffy but that was not that much, anybody there who knows reason behind that then please let me know.

Ingredients:-
APF Flour - half cup
Banana - one (mashed)
Baking pdr - 1/4 tsp
Sugar - 1tsp
Milk - 2-3 tbsp

Method:-

Gather your ingredients

Take a bowl and add flour baking pdr sugar and mashed banana in

Mix them well

now start adding one tbsp milk at a time and make a smooth batter

Batter is ready

Heat a non stick tawa and pour one tbsp batter on it
let it cooked for few seconds

turn and cook from other side

PANCAKE IS READY TO SERVE

Serve with chopped banana

or with chocolate sauce

Notes:-
  1. My bananas were not properly mashed, may be that's why didn't got smooth batter and pancakes were not in shape.
  2. My pancakes were not fluffy and i really don't know the reason behind it.
  3. We can avoid adding sugar if you are going to serve it with chocolate sauce.

HOPE YOU WILL LIKE IT
