Chocolate Vermicelli

Chocolate Vermicelli
Hi Friends,
Yesterday i inaugurated my new non stick kadai, i was waiting for it since long time, as i have to make Cornflour Halwa in it. I was so excited to use it and halwa needs lot of time so i just made these yummy vermicelli chocolate kheer/payasam in it, which came out so creamy. I totally loved it and when i served it to my family it was finished within 10 min.
Even i saved to try colder version and can't tell you how delicious it was. It took hardly 15-20 min for whole process and hardly 10 min to finish. I will recommend you to try it once especially if you are a sweet or chocolate lover.

Ingredients:-
Vermicelli - 2 cups
Milk -1 and 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1tbsp
Cardamom Pdr -
Ghee/Oil - 2 tsp
Chocolate Sauce/Chocolate- 2 tbsp (see notes)
Dry Fruit- as per needed

Method:-
Gather your ingredients

Heat ghee/oil in a kadai/pan

Add vermicelli and fry that (i don't like it deep brown)

Add Water and boil it

When it is boiled add milk it and boil again for 2 min

Now take 2 tsp milk and mix with broken chocolate
(skip this step if using chocolate sauce)

Sauce done

Add this to boiling milk vermicelli and mix well

Add chopped dry fruits

Give another boil and switch off the gas stove

READY TO SERVE

Serve Hot or Cold

Notes:-
  1. You can add any of your favorite chocolate in it.
  2. Dry fruits are optional. it will be so creamy, if you like crunch then add dry fruits.
  3. Increase the quantity of sugar if you are adding less chocolate or just increase chocolate and skip sugar if you want chocoholic vermicelli.
  4. If you using chocolate sauce then add it directly to the boiling milk vermicelli and if you have chocolate then break in pieces and add in hot milk leave it for 1 min and then mix well. Your sauce is ready.

HOPE YOU WILL LIKE IT

LOVE
