Vanilla Pudding with fruits/ Fruit Custard

Vanilla Pudding with fruits/
Fruit Custard
Hi Friends,
New year and Christmas preparations are on its peak. Markets are flooded with so many tiny to huge Santa, Christmas trees, muffins, cakes and all kind of decorators. I really like to decorate Christmas tree. In my previous office we use to decorate a huuuuge Christmas tree. Now at home every year i use to bring a small Christmas tree and we all decorate it together. Its so fun. At night after every one sleeps we keep a gift for kids beside the tree and in the morning tell them that Santa has left some gifts for them. I like to do this kind of things. I do every possible thing to see my kid's priceless smile. I am  planning to bake a fruit cake for them on that day.
Now to today's recipe. This is a custard based Vanilla Pudding. I really love it. You can add almost any fruit in it. Serve it chilled, cold or warm every way its just delicious. After making when you keep it to cool at room temperature there will be a thick layer appearing on its surface. i don't tell anyone about it otherwise i have to share it with others also (selfish me). Its so creamy. You can't even think about sharing it with anyone. It reminds me the vanilla pudding we use to buy on Christmas. So friends try this and tell me have you shared your creamy layer or gulped it alone.

Vanilla Custard- 1.5 tbsp

Stud with pearls

                                           Ready to Serve

SERVE AS PER YOUR WISH

Notes:-

  1. After making if you feel that custard in not thick enough then add more 1 tsp custard in 2 tbsp milk and add to the boiling custard. Please keep in mind that after cooling custard become thick so don't be liberal with custard powder.
  2. You can add almost any fruit in it. Or you can add dry fruits in it for a nice crunch.
  3. Always add fruits after custard has completely cooled down otherwise fruits become brown and may spoil the dessert.
  4. Add sugar according to your taste.

HOPE YOU WILL LIKE IT
