Sweet and Salty Nutty Chocolate Bars/
Christmas Recipe
Hi Friends,
These days i am so sad. I hope you have heard the Delhi Girl Case. That place is just close to my office. This make me more scared. As Christmas is just at door step. I hope this year SANTA will shower his grace on us and make people more respectful for each other. Now to the recipe. I wanted to post some Christmas recipe but lack of time shrinking my cooking and baking ideas. So i am here with a very easy and yummy recipe. It will hardly take 15-20 min for making this delicacy excluding setting time. It came out so crunchy munchy. My daughter didn't liked the taste much but my son loved it. He takes these bars to his school also. I also love these bars. I have used dark and milk chocolate here. You can use either or both of them in any ratio. Even you can use dairy milk bars or chocolate chips instead of cooking chocolate. If you feel your kids won't like bit of salt in chocolate then you can skip it. Try it guys you will love it.
Ingredients:-
Peanuts - 1 cup
Chocolate - 200gm
Honey - 1 tbsp
Refined Oil/Butter - tbsp
Salt - a pinch (don't use if using salted butter)
Method:-
Gather your ingredietns
Cover a plate with foil and keep aside
Dry roast peanuts
Remove and peel the skin
Now melt your chocolate with double boiling method
Once melted add oil or butter
mix in honey
throw in roasted peanuts
Mix it really well
pour this in foiled cover plate and level it
Mark the squares and put in fridge for one hour
ALL SET
MAKE SQUARE
READY TO SERVE
Enjoyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
