Tofu Matar Masala/
Side Dish with Tofu Peas
Hi Friends,
Few year back i was not aware about TOFU and its nutritional facts. It started when i decided to shed some weight and heard that soya products are really effective and safe way to do it. I started searching for soya products tried soya milk and it was horrible for me then i tried flavored soya milk and nothing was different. I was bit hesitant to trying TOFU as already tasted soya milk with very bad experience. Then after searching so much on net i came to know that its quite similar to paneer/cottage cheese.
I tried and liked the taste. Now i make tofu dishes very often. Its full of nutrition and whenever i make it, i feel very satisfied that at least i have taken something healthy. Here i am posting Tofu matar masala which i made to pack my kids tiffin. It took me hardly 20 min to make this dish. Try it guys and add some nutrition to your diet.
