Puffed Rice Snack/
Quick Snack with Puffed Rice/
Kara Pori
After so much waiting finally my internet started working and i am able to post my favorite snack here. I use to buy it from store very often. But after seeing so many bloggers making it at home i also thought to give it a try. So bought main ingredient and it kept on laying for few days and finally i made it day before yesterday. I wanted to post it yesterday but my internet connect made me mad and finally started working today.
I saw so many recipes of puffed rice in so many blogs and came to know that in south Indian cooking its called KARA PORI (Kara means savory and Pori means puffed rice). My all south Indian friends and bloggers please correct me if i am wrong somewhere. I like this name very much crisp just like this snack. I can have bowls of this snack in one go. My kids also like it very much. When i made this and served them they thought its store bought but when i told them that i have made that then they were delighted and asked for more and more. Everyone loved that. Try it at home friends you will also like it.

Notes:-
- You can Adjust any ingredients according to your liking like you can increase peanuts and skip poha OR you can add more chilly and skip chat masala etc.
- After adding spices be quick and switch off gas stove and add puffed rice.
- You can make it in big batch and store in air tight container and enjoy whenever you crave for it.
- You can also dry roast all spices and at end you need only one tsp oil to crackle mustered seeds and add spices. Oil will help spices to stick with puffed rice and peanuts.
