Bread Tikki Chaat/ Chaat for Parites/ Quick Chaat Recipe

Bread Tikki Chaat/
Chaat for Parites/
Quick Chaat Recipe
Hi Friends,
Its raining heavily here and my mouth started watering while writing this post as i remember that how scrumptious and healthy this chat is. I am planning to go home and make this chaat again as it takes hardly 15-20 minutes to make and its so flexible that you can add or omit anything in it. You need only two basic ingredient (curd and tikki) then add whatever floats in your boat. Even you can use leftover bhalla, vada or aloo tikki for this. Means its totally flexible.
You can make it for kids parties. Prepare it one day ahead and assemble next day before party. It will take hardly 5 minutes to assemble it. Take it in your lunch box, just keep in mind to keep it at cool place till consumption as curd will get sour. Once i took it to office and kept in AC room and it was perfectly fine till lunch time. Its healthy and quick snack. Even you can make it for unwanted guests or on a lazy evening when you need something healthy and light but quite filling. So friends i will request you to try it once and i am sure you will fall in love with it.

  2. I like the use of roasted cumin seeds. I haven't tried it with tikki. It must be a spicy and healthy combination. I will try it with other stuff as I am learning few best easy indian food recipes and experimenting at home.
