CELEBRATING FIRST ANNIVERSARY OF MY BLOG
WITH
MANGO CUSTARD PUDDING
Hi Friends,
I am so Happy and relieved today. My blog and gmail was not working since last few days. I was in so bad mood as on 8 June my blog have completed one year and i wanted to start an event from the same day. But all plans went backdoor and one more bad news i heard that i was chosen a winner on Foodelicious Blog for her event-Only chilled and frozen desserts. But since last few days i was unable to open or see my blog and gmail account so didn't checked that and by the time Pari gave me last chance i was already so late. That's called Luck. Never mind i will keep on trying. Now to today's post.
My tiny blog have completed one year. Its all because of all of you my admirer, supporters, viewers, followers and more of that my INSPIRATION to carry on.
THANK YOU ALL
for your support and Love
So to celebrate my First Blog Anniversary here i am posting a sweet and yummy recipe with King of Fruit-MANGO. Who don't love mangoes. Yellow juicy fruit is liked by everyone in any form either its ripe or raw. Its so versatile fruit that you can make savory or sweet dished like side dishes, gravy, chatni, pickle, juice, cheese cakes etc. with it. Herewith i am going to serve you very easy Mango pudding. You can add or garnish it with other fruits also but i like Mango flavor in it. So used Mango and to decorate it i used litchi and cherry. You can skip these fruits and anything you like to decorate.
Ingredients:-
Mango- 1 medium
Custard Powder- 2 tbsp
Milk- 3 cups
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Cardamom- 2
Method:-
Grab your ingredients
I used Litchi and cherry to decorate
chopped cherry and litchi
Keep one cup milk separate
Now add milk in rest of milk and start boiling it
Add custard in the one cup milk we kept separate
Mix it well
When milk starts boiling
Add milk and custard solution in it and keep on stirring
within a minute it become thick and glossy
switch off the stove and keep it aside to cool down
Now peel the mango,
make puree of half of it and
slice half in small pieces
when custard mix it completely cooled
add mango puree in it
Mix it well
Now transfer custard and mango mix in serving dish
Garnish with chopped mango and litchi
Decorate as per your liking
keep it in fridge for about 2-3 hour
Serve Chilled
Sending this to event – Kid's delight, Valli's page
Notes:-
- You can increase or decrease the quantity of mangoes as per your choice.
- after adding custard milk solution in boiling milk keep on stirring until it become thick an d glossy. otherwise it wills tick to the pan.
- You can make it thick or thin by increasing or decreasing custard quantity. My pudding was semi thick. add one more tbsp of custard for more thickness.
- Add mango puree and other fruits in custard after it cooled down completely.
- Adjust sugar according to your taste.
HOPE YOU WILL LIKE IT
