Till Gud ke Ladoo/
Sesame Jaggery Dumpling for Winters
Hi Friends,
Its raining in Delhi. Now we have to face more bone chilling days. few days back temperature of Delhi was 1 degree Celsius. So to keep away those Winter blues we need something warm and cozy. There is a proverb in Hindi regarding Til/Sesame seeds -Til Chatke, Jada Satke. So friends to keep these cold days and chilling nights away i chose Till and Gud, everybody is well known about importance of these two ingredients in winters. Everybody enjoys Till patti, gud patti, till and gud ladoos. So first time i avoided store bought loaded with oil/ghee ladoos and tried my hands on them to make something healthy.
I am here with my first ladoo recipe. I chose very easy peasy recipe which does not require cooking. I always wanted to try my hands on Ladoos but making of one thread sugar syrup is a dream for me. I am never correct in that. Hope one day i will be able to recognize thread consistency of sugar syrup. If somebody is there to help me then most welcome. These are so easy, healthy and quick ladoos. Even my daughter made few of them with me. anybody can make these ladoos. Try them guys and indulge in something healthy and tasty.
Ingredients:-
Gur/Jaggery- 1 cup
Til/sesame seeds-1 cup
Dry Fruits- any of your choice (optional)
Take your ingredients
Dry roast til/sesame in kadai
they will puff up a bit
and will change color
Now keep 1 tbsp separate and
pulse remaining in a grinder

Notes:-
- These are soft melt in mouth ladoos. if you like bit crunchy with tit bits then grind half of the till and mix half of them by hand after grinding till and gud together. Wrapping them in till will do the same.
- You can add any dry fruits in it. You can pulse them along Sesame/till or crush them a bit and mix after pulsing Jaggery and Sesame.
HOPE YOU WILL LIKE IT
