Poha Kheer/Indian Dessert with Beaten Rice

Poha Kheer/
Indian Dessert with Beaten Rice
Hi Friends,

I wanted to try this dessert since long and now i regret why i have not tried it earlier as its really tasty, easy, healthy and quick dessert. Its a time saver and can be made in jiffy. Good option to serve as dessert to unexpected guests or to satisfying your own sweet tooth at odd hours. It took me hardly 10-12 min to make it. Make it with or without dry fruits or make it thick or thin as per your preference. everything is upto you.  Try it guys you will love it.

roast for 5 seconds

add one cup water

Notes:-

  1. You can skip one tsp ghee/oil and roast them dry if you want it absolutely fat free.
  2. You can make it without rose essence also.
  3. Add any dry fruit of your choice.
  4. Adjust milk and sugar according to your taste and thickness.

HOPE YOU WILL LIKE IT

Love
