Pasta with Peas, Cauliflower and Olive Oil
There was a function in my kids school. They asked me to pack some snacks in the tiffin and option they gave was between chips and pasta. Obviously i chose pasta. I wanted to make it healthy so i added my kids favorite veggies (peas and cauliflower) in it. To make it in Indian style i chose chaat masala instead of oregano. To give it more healthy touch i used olive oil. I also packed some fruits for them like strawberries and grapes. They were so happy to see there tiffin packed with pasta and i was happy to feed some healthy version of pasta and fruits this way.
