linking this to jagruti's event (see details below)

Hi Friends,

I think FAST FOOD is now fully accepted in our daily lives. As health conscious first me make faces but then in fast track life for working women like me sometimes our body and mind compel us for a change or on a busy morning we by willingly or unwillingly prefer making jhatpat dishes to make a complete breakfast. then this FAST FOOD come for rescue. We can modify it and make it healthy. But sometimes home made unhealthy food is healthy compared to market bought food. Am i right?
Actuly its not a recipee, its a method to make easy peasy burger.
We need something which goes well with Lassi, juice or simple tea or coffee. So I am here with a aloo tikki burger, which takes hardly 10 minutes to assemble if your ingredients are ready. I made it for my family. My kids and hubby enjoy these burgers. It also could be a crowd pleaser. We can make this for kids parties or as evening snack.
So here we goes with Burger recipe.

Notes:-
  1. You can use any sauce or spread of your choice
  2. Add veggies (Carrot, cucumber etc) of your choice, i was not having any in my hand.
  3. If you do not have tikki in hand, just cut the slices of potato and shallow/deep fry in pan and use instead of tikki.
  4. You can sprinkle any masala (chat masala, paper pdr, chilly pdr etc) or lemon juice for twist. I made it simple.
HOPE YOU WILL LIKE IT
