Fruit Parfait with Yogurt and Muesli

Fruit Parfait with Yogurt and Muesli
Hi Friends,
After continuous indulgence in sweet treats for few days. I still crave for sweets. Yesterday night after finishing dinner i was craving for something sweet but from the health point of view i was bit conscious so decided to make something sweet but healthy.
Fruits laying in my basket and fruit yogurt in fridge gave me idea to make these parfait. Everything as ready within 15 minutes. It came out so colorful and tasty. It was bit more sweet for my hubby but it was absolutely fine for my sweet tooth. Actually fruits, yogurt, muesli honey everything was sweet.
If your sweet tooth is not that much active then use plain yogurt and plain cornflakes for mild  sweetness. You can adjust the ingredients and its quantity as per your liking. Its so easy to make that you can involve your kids to make the layers. Its a great treat for your sweet cravings. Its a quick dessert for unexpected guests and a crowd pleaser for home parties

Ingredients:-
Chopped Fruits of your choice - 2 cups (i used kiwi, banana, grapes and cherry)
Fruit Yogurt - 1 cup ( i used two flavors of yogurt, you can use any one kind of yogurt)
Muesli - 1 cup
Honey- 1 tbsp
Glasses or bowls - 3 or more

Method:-

Notes:-

  1. Use your favorite fruits.
  2. You can add nuts, dried fruits, seeds to make it more healthy. My muesli was packed with all these so i skipped adding them separately.
  3. You can use plain whisked yogurt instead of fruit yogurt.
  4. Make as many layers you want.
  5. Skip or add anything as per your choice.

HOPE YOU WILL LIKE IT

Love
